Can you?
"Can you put down your weapons and fight with love, can you set aside your Ego when you feel pushed, can you go against the herd or maybe even break tradition, simply because it feels right to YOU?
Can you look fear in the eyes, smile, and offer thanks? Can you imagine a world with more love then hate or will you sit and wait for someone else to take the courageous step in faith? Faith, believing before seeing... Universal healing begins with you.
What can you do?
BE LOVE." JS
It is time..
It is time.. time for a disconnect from the norm.. It is time to wake up with the sun and take silent meditation walks, eat steal cute oatmeal and drink green tea, absorbing love and knowledge from the sun, ocean breeze, and enlightened souls. Will I miss my routine? Maybe a little, but this is good for us! Stepping out of our comfort zone is truly the only path to growth!
So much love to you as I journey out you are all with me! I will do my best to share my journey as you know story telling is my favorite. BUT, we clock 100 hours, (for real) in 7 days! So, I will share when I can! LOVE~LOVE~LOVE

Mind Chatter
The "negative" energy or feelings behind a situation or person in our lives will not move on until we breath into it, rather than breathing away from it.
I also believe this same emotion that challenges us will continue until our karma is complete. When does this happen? I can't say really.. If you believe you create your life by your intentions, then maybe it stops when the need to control the energy towards that situation or person stops.. Or maybe when you TRULY learn to send love with every cell of your body and mean it.
We are made of LOVE. The Ego is the one that feels pushed, so the first step I suppose would be to override the Ego, understanding the Ego is something we have created, not who we really are.
We then must begin to scrape away any delusions we have created about this situation or person, making sure we approach our "devil" with the greatest Truth available to us.
At the end of the day, if we only grasp one thing, I hope it's that we can only be responsible for ourselves. I think this is very freeing thought!! What a relief..
"What hurts us the most is the picture we paint of how things should be rather then how they really are."
