Mind Chatter

So many souls take the weight of the world, they hoard the negative, keeping all the pain for themselves, rather then dropping to their knees and surrendering to help, to love. We are all One, the greater the hold on suffering, the weaker we are as a unite. When we come to our knees, surrender the pain, we transform it to love. All of our creation becomes more authentic, supreme, and holds truth. 


Creation stemmed from our greatest truth holds everlasting shifts of love. Once this truth takes root we begin to dance in love, speak in love, our actions become rooted in love.  We notice that any action not rooted in love take an exhausting toll on our spirit, weighing us down. When we begin to live with this awareness, we begin to notice everything around us changing. 


Those of you that have already awakened to this journey know this all to well. Those of you just beginning this idea of creating through love are possibly feeling the beginning stages of this pull on the heart, and then there are those that are questioning why in the world would these silly yogis want to shake their lives up so much!? 


Today, it is my Truth that we must shake things up, over and over again. One thing we can count on is ALL is ever changing. We should do our best to draw most of our happiness from self love. If the love we have for ourselves is not authentic, how can we authentically create from love or truly love others? 


Try to ask for help a little more, surround yourself with people that empower your growth, accept you for where you are, but more importantly where your going. As you learn to think and create on your own this journey can appear lonely. Don't worry, in this way you can become your own best friend and chilling by yourself with your thoughts, feelings, and creation becomes a gift. All the people around you will begin to see a humbled sense of confidence, self love, and extreme peace.. And they to will want it.
